Homeschool kiddos may not have the same environment, the same class situations, or the same daily routine as those who attend a public or private school, but there are some things we don’t want our kiddos to miss out on. School pictures are one of those things that are simply a must. The obligatory annual photo showing off the latest edition of each kiddo. The trouble with school photos is you don’t know what you’ll be presented with as your kids hand you that slightly crumpled envelope that was gingerly placed crammed in to their backpacks.
I had the honor of documenting these kiddos for the 2013-2014 school year. All of them are doing a slightly different version of homeschooling, but all are thriving and happy kiddos. Everything went super smoothly and the line was short 🙂 The only thing missing were those strange and nasty combs that they used to have waiting for you at the front of the line. I don’t think they do that anymore, but do any of you remember those things? Sorry, I digress. Without further ado, here are some of our fabulous homeschool kiddos!
The Starley Kiddos!
The Probst Kiddos!
And of course, the Grooters minus Bradley who had no intention of having his picture taken.
Clearly, Will is not dressed for proper pictures, but he was so cute as I was setting up my lighting and background. This kiddo loves to be in front of the camera whether it be dressed nicely or in his “army guy” jammies! I’ll take it either way!
