I had the opportunity to join a couple other amazing local photographers last year to play around with outdoor lighting. While I use lighting in the studio, I have not used it outdoors on location, and I’m always interested in learning new things. Working alongside other local photographers is such a gift. I’m thankful to be a part of a community that celebrates and supports one another.
Kamrynn was such a good sport and was our model for the day. She’s absolutely gorgeous and game for anything.
While I love the look of outdoor lighting, I still prefer natural light, mostly because I like to move around a lot and not be slowed down by equipment. But it does offer some neat variety.
Golden light will always be my favorite, though.
